If you are looking for custom printed boxes that you can print your artwork onto the outside, then these are for you – there are no limitations. Your packaging is vitally important in making sure you give your customers the perfect first impression. These mailing boxes are printed CMYK with a Kemilight* paper coating and finished with a protective varnish coating.  They are perfect for use as mailing and postal boxes and are made from E-Fluted card to help prevent any crushing during delivery. They’re Eco Friendly too, made from recycled materials and are easily recycled after use!

*Kemilight is an excellent lightweight solution that’s secure and sturdy for customers with delicate products, in particular those who want to ship and store food produce. With 100% pure fibres, it is perfectly safe for food products.  Add to this another major benefit of using Kemilight, which is the fantastic print quality. As it’s a board with coated liners, during the print process, the ink sits on the surface and doesn’t soak in to the material. There is low washboarding and the coating enables fast ink-drying, restricting the amount of ink absorbed even further. All these benefits result in a box which is more attractive and impactful to the consumer, thereby increasing product sales.

Three different board grades
Choose from 3 board grades, single or double wall and heavy duty double wall:

150KL/T/B is a single wall general purpose board
180KL/120 EE is a stronger double wall board
180KL/200 EE is a heavy duty double wall board.
