These brown mailing bags have been part of our stock line for around 5 years now and have been a great addition.  We manufacture brown mailing bags in our special 3 layer COEX blend.  Brown on the outside, a middle unseen layer of white and then black on the inside of the bags. The brown mailing bags are a bit glossy on the outside.  We specially treat the film in the manufacturing process so that the glue on the lip sticks permanently as it should and to ensure that the polythene film accepts stamps address labels etc.

The brown mailing bags are manufactured at 50mu / micron which is classed as medium duty film and so is quite light weight also, yet still retains great puncture resistance and strength.  If you need bags for items with sharp edges and heavy in weight then ideally you should be looking at our Heavy Duty Mailing Bags.

MANUFACTURING TRADE TOLERANCES ON MAILING BAGS

Specification:  All sizes and thicknesses are approximate.  Standard tolerances are in line with industry standards.  However, note in particular that bag width may vary by +/-3mm or +/-3% and bag depth by +/-3mm or +/-3% which ever is the greater.  Where size is critical, a sample of the product to be packed must be submitted to us in order to agree size tolerances before the acceptance of your order.
