Manufactured in a very thick 90 micron polythene.  This is twice the thickness of your average mailing bag in the UK market and they are very popular.  Manufactured from a high % of post consumer waste so a preferred environmentally friendly option should you want it.  These bags are 100% Recyclable.

The bags can have a tendancy to smell slightly.  This is because they are manufactured from post consumer waste, similar to the smell you may associate with black bin bags.  The shade of the outer grey can vary as the film is recycled.  

With a unique grade of hot melt glue tape and brilliant tear and puncture resistance you can count on.

MANUFACTURING TRADE TOLERANCES ON MAILING BAGS

Specification:  All sizes and thicknesses are approximate.  Standard tolerances are in line with industry standards. However, note in particular that bag width may vary by +/-3mm or +/-3% and bag depth by +/-3mm or +/-3% which ever is the greater.  Where size is critical, a sample of the product to be packed must be submitted to us in order to agree size tolerances before the acceptance of your order.
